Some are downright creepy about. Walking next to her silently. While others are being persistent. Part of me wants to say it's wrong but then again society tell men that they should be persistent. The guy ask her if he isn't attractive enough for her. In truth whether he realizes or not if a woman find a man attractive the persistence isn't creepy, if she doesn't then it is.
Many moments in this video don't seem to be harassment to me. Some words are said aggressively but some women respond to a bit of aggression. Some are said harshly and demanding.
