Sidenote: It seems to me if the TMNT can be so easily compared to so many movies then it must really be a "paint by numbers" script. In other words I'm saying they just put all the cliche tropes and ideas into writing this movie.

This video from Couch Tomato and CinemaSins breaks down how The Last Dragon and the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie follow far too closely the same plot and scenes. Too Funny.
