MARTIAL ARTS - SHAOLIN

When I was younger I wanted to learn a number of Martial Arts forms. So I decided to create pages about the styles I've always had interest in. SHAOLIN is a Chinese Martial arts. In fact there are a multiple number of Shaolin styles. But there also a basic form one can learn and strengthen one's muscles and core. It was developed to help monks stay fit as they meditate. Then grew to forms for self defense, protection and warfare. If memory serve "hard work" is the proper translation and the motto for any one who truly trains in these disciplines.
