Burn Notice

Burn Notice was a show on the USA Network for five years. It was one of my favorite shows when it was on.

The show follows the main character, Micheal Westen after he loses his position as a C.I.A (Central Intelligence Agency) agent. He loses his aliases and his true name is put out there for all his enemies to learn. This is call being burned or a burn notice. He is dumped unconscious in Miami and told not to leave the city.

He awakens to find his ex-girlfriend Fiona Glennane, a former IRA operative. From this point on he is on a mission to find out who burned him and she reluctantly assists him.

He reconnects with his estranged mother. And allies with Sam Axe played by Bruce Campbell, who informs on him to the F.B.I (Federal Bureau of Investigations). And later on with Jesse Porter another burnt agent.

One of the things that made this show unique was it would explain how to make or do different tasks. It was as if it was a D.I.Y. (do it yourself) spy training show. I would watch thinking if there were thieves out there taking notes from this show on how to properly make and use explosives or commit crimes.
The show is/was just fun with interesting and lovable characters. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a fun spy show.

I would love if they made a Burn Notice Television movie or three, soon. No idea if this is even talked about but it should be.
