As for the video, this is of the Australian PM defending his stance for Gay Marriage to a religious individual. I think the best argument has always been, If you take your morals from what is directly written in the Bible one would be acting very differently. It's best to go with the Universal Love principle and leave the rest.

Aussie PM defends Gay Marriage
I wish American politics could be this eloquent and reasonable. I also think USA congresspersons should have to write essays on their beliefs and why they hold their policies. That would be amazing.
As for the video, this is of the Australian PM defending his stance for Gay Marriage to a religious individual. Colbert Report - Smallest Town in America to put forth fairness laws
