This documentary goes through the steps that would be needed to create a viable colony on the ocean floor. If you ever wonder about what it would take to colonize the oceans. This is a good documentary to watch.

Ocean Floating Cities

Designs of Floating Cities I like.
It amazes me that we budget for space travel but don't have departments for ocean studies and colonization. Yes we do study the ocean but far as I know it's not in the same idea as we do space. I think we should look at the ocean in some regards as we look at space.
I think it would be cool if we had ocean stations, floating, underwater and at the sea floor.
